Beaumont police have released the name of a man that was killed in a two vehicle wreck at the
intersection of Dowlen and Phelan Tuesday night. A Jeep Compass was traveling on Phelan
Bvld, went through the red light a struck a Cadillac. The driver of the Jeep, 31-year old Bryant
Foster of Beaumont, was pronounced dead at the scene. A passenger in the Jeep and the driver
of the Cadillac were both transported to the hospital.
