Tex-Dot will be busy over the next few days. In Beaumont, Highway 69 northbound from the
LNVA Canal to Tram Road will be closed Saturday from 5:00 am to 9:00 am. Traffic will be
diverted to the frontage road. At that same location there will be alternating lane closures from
9:00 Saturday night to 5:00 Sunday morning to allow crews to work on signs and striping.
In Orange expect delays tomorrow from 8:00-3:00 on I-10 east from FM 3247 to Simmons
Drive. This will allow crews to replace pavement markers.
On Monday and Tuesday Highway 124, near Major Drive in Beaumont, will be down to one
lane due to construction. Traffic will be directed by flaggers and a pilot vehicle.
