Port Arthur police are investigating an auto/pedestrian fatality. It happened around 4:30 this
morning on Highway 365, near Park Central Blvd when a man walking across the highway was
struck by a pickup. The name of the 40-year old victim has not been released. The driver
remained on the scene. No charges are expected to be filed against the driver.
