There has been a spike in drug seizures at the border, with cases involving fentanyl up 1,000%. The ingredients needed to make the synthetic opioid come from China, and Texas Republican Congressman Mike McCaul says they know the damage it's doing to the United States. McCaul says a trade agreement with China expires this week, and there are no discussions about what's on the table. McCaul wants the drug issue to be front-and-center, with provisions to hold China held accountable if they violate the deal.
