The Port Arthur Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a couple wanted
for several counts of injury to a child. 27-year old Dylan Wiggins and 37-year old Krystal
Kirbow have a combined 13 warrants. Anyone who may know their whereabouts is asked to
contact the Port Arthur Police Department or Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas at 833-TIPS.
