Beaumont police have identified a motorcyclist that was killed in a Sunday night crash. 54-year
old Shannon Barrios, of Lumberton, was traveling east in the 700 block of I-10 when he lost
control and struck the concrete barrier. He was thrown over the wall and was struck by
oncoming westbound traffic. Barrios was pronounced dead at the scene.
