Beaumont police have released the name of a 4-year old boy who accidentally shot and killed
himself last night. Anthony James Madrid was able to get possession of a gun at a home in
the 400 block of East Lucas. The gun discharged. Anthony was pronounced dead at the scene.
There were several adults and children at the home at the time of the incident. The shooting
is being investigated by Beaumont police and CPS.
