(Brownsville, TX)-- There was a shooting at a South Texas high school on the first day of class. This happened in Brownsville. A school police officer was investigating a suspicious car near a high school when the driver hit the gas. The cop fired once, fearing for the safety of students. The Brownsville School District says that arrests have been made, but did not release any more details.
