A 30-year old woman has been sentenced to 10 years in prison for a hit and run fatality.
Orrireanna Grace Coleman, of Beaumont, struck and killed 29-year old Nicholas Cole as
she was delivering newspapers in north Beaumont in August of 2020. She left the scene and later
called police telling them Cole was struck by a truck that left the scene. She later admitted she
lied and pleaded guilty. She was sentenced by Judge John Stevens yesterday.
