The DPS have released the names from last night’s fatality in Orange County. The head-on
collision occurred on Highway 62, just south of Tulane Road. 23-year old Brittnie Eldridge, of
Nederland, was pronounced dead at the scene. 59-year old Sheila Lavalle, of Orange, was
transported to the hospital where she died. The DPS is investigating.
