The city of Beaumont has issued a request regarding the purchase and redevelopment of the
former AT&T building at 555 Main Street. The city is looking for a proven developer to
acquire the building for uses such as hotel, residential, and or restaurant and retail that will
generate economic development and connection to the river. An optional pre-bid meeting will
be held on October 19th.
