The National Labor Relations Board has issued a complaint against Exxon-Mobil in relation to
a 10-month lockout. United Steel Workers were locked out of the Beaumont refinery from May
of 2021 through March of 2022. Over 600 workers were impacted. The NLRB is asking a judge
to issue back pay to the workers. United Steel Workers say the complaint is a big win for them.
