Two juveniles are in custody after leading police on a chase from Vinton to Lake Charles on I-
10. When Vinton police tried to pull over a Toyota Camry for a moving violation, the car took
off and started running other drivers off the road. Sulphur and Westlake police joined the chase
as it passed through their towns.When the chase reached Lake Charles, the driver and passenger
jumped out of the car but were caught.The Toyota was reported stolen from the Houston area
and had been used in a carjacking.
