A Wednesday traffic stop in Orange County ended with a man jailed on drug and weapon
charges. The stop on FM 1442, near I-10, revealed methamphetamine, two chemical
dispensing devices, which is an illegal weapon in Texas. A handgun, knives, a machete,
handcuffs and chains, and metal batons were also found. Cebe Guilbeaux, was arrested
and transported to the Orange County Jail. Detectives believe Gilbeaux is a member of
the Aryan Brotherhood of Texas as well as being responsible for the distribution of controlled
substances and weapons in the Mauriceville area.
