A Beaumont man has been sentenced to more than nine years in federal prison. 38-year old
Patrick Dwayne Gipson was arrested in February of 2020 after a search warrant of a Beaumont
home revealed thousands of ecstasy pills that contained methamphetamine. Gipson pleaded
guilty to the charges in March of last year and was sentenced to 119 months yesterday. Three
others are already serving federal prison sentences for their involvement.
