Port Arthur police have a man in custody for a stabbing. The early investigation revealed two
homeless men were involved in a altercation in front of the Port Arthur Inn, located in the
3800 block of Gulfway Drive. The victim was transported to the hospital with a stab wound
to the neck. The suspect was taken to jail.
