One man is dead and another hospitalized following a Sunday morning shooting in Jefferson County. The
shooting occurred at the Laday Arena in Cheek. A 20-year old Houston man died from a gunshot wound
and a 37-year old Beaumont man was transported to a hospital. Although there was a large crowd at
the scene when Jefferson County deputies arrived, no one is cooperating with detectives. Anyone with
