It has been six years since 28-year old Alkevin Mire was shot and killed in Beaumont and detectives are
seeking the public’s assistance to solve the crime. Mire was murdered in the 4500 block of Harding on
June 20th, 2017 after shots were fired into his home. Mire’s 7-year old daughter was also shot in the
drive-by shooting. She recovered and being serious wounded. Anyone with any information is asked to
