The Texas Rangers are seeking the public’s help in solving a cold case murder. The body of 26-year old
Caroline Susan Bolen was found in her Silsbee home in 1988. The case was reopened in 2019 by
the Unsolved Crimes Unit of the Texas Rangers and Silsbee Police Department. They are seeking
help from citizens. Anyone with information can contact the Silsbee Police Department or the
Texas Rangers.
