Triple A Texas reports gas prices in the Beaumont/Port Arthur area dropped two cents over the past
week to $3.33 a gallon. That is two cents higher than what we were paying a year ago o September
8th. The statewide average is down three cents to $3.337. This morning’s national average for a gallon
of gas is down a penny to $3.81.
