Texans can start taking care of renewing and replacing their driver's licenses on Monday. The Department of Public Safety says it will reopen its driver's license centers on Monday after a week of system outages. Things went south in a big way after DPS installed a system upgrade over Labor Day weekend. All appointments that had been scheduled for last week were canceled. DPS says driver's license centers will have extended hours to accommodate re-booked appointments.
