A Silsbee man has been sentenced to 6 ½ years in federal prison for possessing child pornography. 51-
year old Michael Joseph Fontenot was possessing more than 600 images of child pornography on his
personal electronic devices. An investigation innocent imaging task force in Denver led to the arrest
of Fontenot, who pleaded guilty to the charges. He was sentenced yesterday.
