(Austin, TX) -- Texas legislature's third special session is starting today. The agenda includes border security, COVID-19 restrictions, school vouchers and immigration issues. This will be lawmakers second attempt this year to decide whether they should pass a statewide voucher program. Some lawmakers say they're hopeful they can all be on the same page when it comes to the issues they're tackling.
