21-Year Old Who Brought Gun Onto Campus Indicted

A 21-year old Port Neches man, who walked into the Port Neches-Groves High School gym with a gun in

a holster during the Mid-County Madness pep rally, has been indicted for unlawfully carrying a weapon

in a prohibited place. James Curtis Baker was arrested and released after posting a $10,000 bond. He

could face up to 10 years in prison if he is convicted.
