Port Arthur police are investigating an auto/pedestrian fatality. A 52-year old woman was struck by a
U.S. Postal Service vehicle around 6:00 last night. Police say she was crossing the road in a dark area in
the 4300 block of Proctor. She was transported to the Medical Center of Southeast Texas where she died.
