A Beaumont man who violated the terms of his probation has been sentenced to five years in prison.
Xavier Diondre James was on probation for attempting to rob two Beaumont stores in September of
2021. He did not meet with his probation officer, find employment, or pay his restitution. He was
sentenced yesterday by Judge Raquel West.
