An Orange County man is jailed charged with making threats against Texas Speaker of the House Dade
Phelan, of Beaumont. 44-year Daniel Troy Leblanc is accused of making the threats on several social
media sites. Leblanc is being held on a $500,000 bond. He will be required to wear a GPS ankle monitor
if he posts bond.
