A man is dead after being struck by a vehicle in Port Arthur. Police say the victim was driving on
Highway 69, near Jimmy Johnson Blvd, when his car was struck. He exited the vehicle, walked
across the median, and was struck by a northbound vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
