A problem at a lift station in Beaumont this morning caused street flooding. Water accumulated
on Franklin and MLK. Temporary pipes are being installed to help drain the water from the area.
Motorists need to be aware of lane closures at that location. The city is also installing temporary
bypass until the pumps at the lift station is corrected.
