Early voting for the highly publicized runoff for Texas State House Seat 21 between Texas Speaker of
the House Dade Phelan, of Beaumont and David Covey, of Orange, begins this coming Monday the
20th and will run through the 24th. The runoff election day is two weeks from today, May 28th.
