The Provost-Umphrey Law Firm in Beaumont has filed a wrongful death suit on 67-year old Terry Rose. He charged with the 1999 murder of Kimberly Langwell. Rose was arrested in June after human remains were found buried in his home. The lawsuit if filed on behalf of Langwell’s daughter, Tiffany McInnis. Rose was served papers last week in jail where his bond was set at $1 million.
