Port Arthur police are investigating a deadly shooting as a case of road rage. Shots were exchanged between a woman and a man on Highway 73, near Highway 69, early Saturday morning. 25-year old Jaylin Johnson was found dead outside his car. A female arrived a short time later at the Port Arthur Police Department. Detectives spoke with her and other witnesses. An arrest has not been made as the investigation continues.
