A Tennessee man has been indicted by the Jefferson County grand jury for stalking. 23-year old Brandon Deems is accused of traveling from Tennessee to Jefferson County looking for a 19-year old woman that had ended an online relationship with him. Deems was arrested near the victim’s home in Fannett on September 23rd. Deems is also accused of a calling the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office making a false report that he had shot and killed several people. It was learned he flew from Tennessee to Houston and made his way to Jefferson County by walking and hitchhiking.
