The DPS reports a man died in a Tyler County wreck. According to the accident report, 62-year old Thomas O’Kane, of Fred, pulled out of a private drive on FM 92 Wednesday and was struck by an oncoming pickup. He died at the scene. The driver of the pickup, 24-year old Shylee Eddings, of Silsbee, was transported to the hospital for treatment.
