A Beaumont man has pleaded guilty to being a felon in possession of a firearm. 32-year old Brian Keith Murphy was caught on video firing shots in the parking lot of the Honey’s Drive In on Concord Road in Beaumont on August 11th. Several people were in the parking lot. With the guilty plea, Murphy faces up to 15 years in federal prison. He will be sentenced on a later date.
