Man Sentenced To 50 Months In Federal Prison

A Beaumont man has been sentenced to more than 4 years in federal prison for trafficking fentanyl. Following an investigation and his arrest, 66-year old Harry Francis Lowenthal admitted possessing cocaine and fentanyl and selling heroin. During a search of his home, drugs, a firearm, cash, and drug paraphernalia was found. Lowenthal was sentenced to 50 months after pleading guilty.
