Police in Orange are investigating a fatality. The driver of a Hybrid EV hit the back of a dump truck yesterday morning on Womack Road. The vehicle burst into flames. The 44-year driver on the car died at the scene. Her name has not been released. The driver of the dump truck was transported to the hospital.
