Three medics were sent to the hospital Monday morning after their ambulance was struck by a SUV at the intersection of Sarah & 11th in Beaumont. Fire Chief Earl White says the ambulance was on its way to a call with activated lights and siren when it was hit and knocked on its side. The driver of SUV also sent to the hospital. No of the injuries appear to be life threatening. Chief White wants to remind citizens to be alert of emergency vehicles on the road.
