The Jefferson County grand jury has indicted a Beaumont man for manslaughter and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. 32 year old Larry Glen Fletcher is accused of driving at a high rate of speed at Brooklyn and Grant in September of last year striking a vehicle killing 58 year old Arthur Thomas, of Beaumont. A 57 year old woman was critically injured in the crash. Fletcher is free after posting $100,000 bond.
