For the second time a mistrial has been declared in the trial of Port Arthur plastic surgeon Dr. Nir Binur. The jury could not reach a verdict against the doctor who is charged with sexually assaulting a patient during a medical procedure. His first trial in February ended in a mistrial when the jury could not reach a verdict. It is not known if the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office will seek a third trial.
