The DPS has released the name of a man and woman killed in a Monday morning cash on I-10 in Jefferson County near Boyt Road. 34 year old Cameron Gerard, of Beaumont, was driving east when he lost control of his car and struck a concrete barrier. Gerard died at the scene along with 33 year old Alexandria Jones of Lumberton, a passenger in his car.
