Police have identified a man shot and killed by Beaumont police Christmas night. 33 year old Jodan Bossette charged towards officers with a gun in the 4400 block of Diamond forcing the officers to shoot him. Bossette died at the scene. Officers were called to the scene for a disturbance. Both officers have been placed on administrative leave, which is department policy.
