The death of a man is under investigation in Beaumont. The body of a 75-year old man was found Monday afternoon in a grassy area near Wall Street and Jefferson Street. An autopsy has been ordered. The name of the man has not been released. Anyone with information is asked to call the Beaumont Police Department or Crime Stoppers of Southeast Texas at 409-833-TIPS.
