Police in Newville, Pennsylvania say they arrested 44-year-old Elwood Gustshall III and charged him with drunken driving while he was wearing a shirt reading, "Drunk Lives Matter." His blood-alcohol limit was about two and a half times the state's legal limit for drivers when he was pulled over on March 19th
