Frank Baum’s upstate New York hometown was still in his silver makeup when he got his mug shot taken following a drunken driving arrest. When police caught up with 31-year-old Nicholas Sherman, he told them he had just left the Yellow Brick Road Casino in Chittenango, New York, where he was hired to portray the Tin Man during last weekend’s Oz-Stravaganza event. Police say the man’s blood-alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit for driving while intoxicated. (Yahoo)
