What Some People Bring Onto A Plane

Most people don’t pack live animals in their luggage, but that’s just what the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) found in a person’s luggage at Boston’s Logan International Airport. TSA spokesman Michael McCarthy said yesterday (June 26th) that they discovered a live, 20-pound lobster in a passenger’s checked luggage. McCarthy says the TSA does not prohibit transporting lobsters. The TSA website says a live lobster is allowed through security, but must be transported in a "clear, plastic, spill-proof container." McCarthy said the lobster was in a cooler and “cooperated quite nicely with the screening process.” (Yahoo)
