Woman Stopped For Driving Bumper Car On Highway

Driving on the highway too slowly can be perhaps more dangerous than driving too fast, especially if you're doing so in a bumper car. Footage recorded on a highway in Guiyang, Guizhou Province, China, shows a woman driving a pink bumper car down a busy roadway as regular-sized vehicles leave her in the dust. She was stopped by police and given a warning. Police say the confiscated the bumper car from the driver, who operates a bumper car business in the city.
