If you find an injured animal you should not just leave it inside a random convenience store. Authorities in Florida say they are searching for two suspects accused of abandoning an injured alligator inside a Wawa store in Lakewood Ranch. The Manatee County Sheriff's Office responded early Friday morning (June 15th) to reports of a three-foot alligator inside the store. Deputies contacted the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission, which dispatched a trapper to capture the gator and remove it from the store. Investigators said witnesses reported two men brought the reptile into the store abandoned it. (UPI)
