Forty six-year-old Tereza Burki is suing Seventy Thirty Ltd, claiming the dating agency let her down after enticing her with extravagant marketing claims promising it had many 'wealthy, eligible, available men' on its books. She's suing for the return of the $16,732 registration fee she paid, and an additional amount for "distress, upset, disappointment and frustration." Meanwhile, the agency is counter-suing for $99,594, accusing Burki of libel due to the scathing reviews she published online.
