Burglar Breaks Into Escape Room, Then Can't Escape

Escaping from an escape room isn't always easy, so you'd think they wouldn't be a very popular place to try and and break into. Authorities in Vancouver, Washington responded to an emergency call from a man on Sunday (July 8th) who'd broken into an escape room only to find he couldn't, well, escape. 40-year-old Rye Wardlaw reportedly broke into Northwest Escape Experience in a strip mall early Sunday (July 8th.) The venue (just like other escape rooms) features themed rooms that require groups to solve puzzles in order to find their way out. Wardlaw badly damaged the escape room, and is reportedly now facing three counts of second-degree burglary.(Mashable)
